Rejserin is my place to explore gender, sexuality, culture, and the threads of narrative that surround us. I am a university researcher in the UK, and much of my writing here draws on my personal experience and the research I am conducting.

Everyone is welcome, please feel free to comment, highlight, and share my work, as I appreciate all your inputs. Nothing I write here is ex cathedra, it is all from my own perspective, so sharing yours is welcome.

The topics I cover are the stormy seas of our times, issues that cut to the heart of what it is to be human and exist in an ever changing world. Gender is a hot topic because many folk try to impose one version of a gendered truth, same goes for culture and sexuality. Here I seek to broaden those topics into a dialogue with you all. Hopefully you will enjoy, and even if you do not, I hope I spark further conversation.
