Merry Christmas you filthy animals

Here’s to all of you great folk who have made it through 2023 with me, and here’s to those we left behind. It has been a strange year, almost in limbo, yet here we are on Christmas day celebrating life once more around the Sun. Many of us have been through tribulations, others have had a year that will remain long in the memory. I am glad you have got to Christmas day with me, glad that you have spent time in the company of my writing, and I am glad that you are able to celebrate with us all.

I know the road is not always easy, and that there have moments for each of us that we all wish we could do over. How we reached this point is unique to who we are as people, and it is in the sharing and coming together that makes the road worthwhile. If you are alone today know that I am there in spirit with you, if you are with folks then I hope it is a riot. If you are at work then thank you for your commitment. Whatever you are doing today, wherever you are, merry Christmas you filthy animals, I hope you are having a good one.
